Do I need to print new menus when prices change?
No. Your QR code never changes. Update prices in the dashboard and every scan shows the new menu instantly.
Can customers order through the page?
The page sends customers to how you already take orders: WhatsApp with a prefilled message, a phone call, or your delivery apps. No commission.
Is the page in Arabic and English?
Yes. Every text field is bilingual and visitors see their language automatically, with a switcher on the page.
What is a public listing?
Offers on your own page are free. A listing places an offer in lamsaqr.com/offers, our public directory, for 7 to 30 days for a fixed fee.
How does the free trial work?
You get full access for 14 days without a card. Choose a plan before the trial ends to keep your page online.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your page shows a placeholder after a short grace period and comes back the moment you renew. Your data is kept.
Can I change my username?
Yes. Your old link redirects to the new one for 90 days so printed codes keep working.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Custom domains are on the roadmap for Business plans.
